ABOUT THE CLASSES

Most of the classes I run are open level and are Vinyasa based which means we focus on breath & body movement with proper alignment & correct breathing. I will always give modifications to make the class accessible & supportive to everyone in the room allowing each student to progress at a pace which feels comfortable for them. Some of the classes are less suitable for the absolute beginner - please see here for where to start if new to yoga and the styles & suitability for you.
