Please pre-book all studio classes before attending and make sure to let us know 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel. Booking for online classes closes 15 mins beforehand to ensure you have time to access the live stream link.

Please see the timetable page of our website to reserve your place.

Wear clothes that make you feel comfortable. We recommend loose-fitting, athletic or non-restrictive clothing. Please Remove any accessories or jewellery that could impede your movement. We also advise practicing barefoot to help you grip the mat, but socks can be nice for the relaxation at the end of class!

You are welcome to bring your own Yoga mat and equipment but we do have everything at the studio that you are welcome to borrow.

The space will be open 15 minutes before the class starts (unless the cafe is already open then you are welcome to come in sooner). Please try to arrive at least 5 minutes before the class begins so you can get settled in the studio. Unfortunately we are unable to admit anyone to the class if you arrive later than 5 minutes after the start time.

One of our karmis will check you in at the reception desk. We have storage boxes for shoes outside the studio.

Please but all belongings in the white storage unit inside the studio, turn off or put your mobile on silent.

Grab your yoga mat and enjoy your class!

Our teachers are here to support you and will offer modifications to accommodate your needs. Please let your teacher know of any injuries beforehand. Feel free to share anything that may affect your physical activity.

Every body is different and poses often need adapting to suit each individual. Our teachers will always try to offer alternative movements and postures. Trust your body and intuition. If rest calls, child’s pose is always available.

Drop us a line at info@heatheryoga.co.uk and we will be happy to answer any questions.
