Smell
Essential oils are a gift from earth’s healing plants. We use pure, potent aroma to bring our entire being into presence and pleasure.

Touch
Abhyanga is an ayurvedic ritual utilised to ground and protect. When we show ourselves that we are worthy of our own precious touch, we send powerful information to our conscious and subconscious mind.

Taste
The pleasure of taste is one we all know well, but when we truly tune in, the feeling can become ecstatic! Cacao is known as a ‘food of the Gods’. It is a plant medicine that is honoured in ritual and ceremony. Ella will be enjoying her Chocolate Tea made from cacao husks, get yours HERE. Sight
Although we spend most of our days with our eyes open, often we don’t truly see, instead we may ‘overlook’ or ‘see through’ that which is right in front of use. Shakti’s beauty surrounds us; it’s in the petal of a flower, the curves and crevices of a tree and the divine light in another’s eye.

Sound
When we create our own sound, we open our throat chakra and we become freed to express our truth! Whether it’s logical English words we understand, tribal calls or sacred Sanskrit mantra, we enable the electromagnetic powers of our heart field to become open and coherent which then draws on the heart field of those around us. Together our vibration rises as we synchronize sound!
