Tomorrow our new booking system BSport comes into effect. Instructions have been emailed to you via the platform. (that is a legit email if you were wondering!)

The current mindbody system will be switched off this evening at 6.45pm! You’ll need to book your future classes, courses and workshops via BSport. (Please bear this in mind if you are planning to attend any of our Wednesday classes)
How the customer experience has now changed…
We’ll no longer be emailing you our zoom class links via email@example.com. When you book an online session with us, you’ll be sent the class link details in your booking confirmation and you’ll also be able to access the link by signing into your Bsport account and then clicking onto your upcoming classes where you’ll be able to see this information.
Please make sure you have a comfortable set up at home and angle your camera so that we can see you on your mat.
For those of you that attend our studio sessions, everything is pretty much the same! Please book your classes beforehand and you’ll need to bring your own yoga mat and any props you may want to class. Our karmi will welcome you at the booking desk when you arrive and sign you into our register. Next year we’ll be opening up further services, enabling you to book drop in sessions or class passes in person.
Migrating to a new booking system is a big move for us improving your experience at Heather Yoga!
We’ve been with Mindbody for over 3 years and have incurred many issues with that platform that have been out of our hands and upsetting for us when we always endeavour to give you the best service. This has been especially over the past Year we’ve come up against problems in the platform.
We are confident with this new system it will make it an easier & smoother experience for you and us! But like with anything new, it will take a bit of time to get used to as you learn (just like starting the yoga practice or exploring a new pose!).
Please also be aware that as we migrate there are likely to be delays in admin response time as well as some inevitable teething issues.
