Here are some great options to try:

⭐️Come down into tabletop with your hands on bricks,

giving you more room to step your foot forward and

through into your low lunge.


⭐️Placing your hands on bricks in your downward dog

will instantly give you more space and may allow you to

step straight into your low lunge.


⭐️If you’re not using bricks then you can use your

hand to assist your foot coming all the way forward

from downward dog
