One of the ways we can improve our sleep is by improving the quality of our day.

Wake up: Cooling the body to get the body started and activated with a cold shower, splashing the face or drinking a pint of water. Getting outside with 5-10mins of natural daylight.

Wind down: Heating the body with a warm bath or warm drink (avoiding caffeine) and starting to reduce light by turning lights down and avoiding phones/tv. Slow everything down in the body, preparing it for sleep.

By setting up our mornings properly for the day, it also prepares us for going to sleep.
