❓What do graduates go on to do after the course?

We have such a variety of people that come through the doors at Heather Yoga, who have then gone on to share the practice in so many different ways. We have had physiotherapists, massage therapists, nurses and teachers who wanted to include breathing or asana practices to support their students, clients and patients. Others who have gone to volunteer at hospice centres and others running their yoga businesses online. Others who have come to teach with us at Heather Yoga on our regular timetable, beginner’s yoga course or including yoga in a diverse range of workshops or in combination with other modalities.

But the biggest thing I see is people really developing their own self-awareness, their own practice and willingness to learn. So even if you decide not to teach a yoga class, this knowledge will undoubtedly make changes in your life. I see it with every person who comes through the door.
