❓Is this course for larger bodies?

This course will really give you the opportunity to explore your own practice and how we are all different, so that you can not only teach from an informed place, but be able to support a whole range of bodies too. Empowering you to feel confident that you can support most bodies who come through the door to your class.

Ofcourse we also have the addition of the wonderful Lucy B this year, who will be leading a module on Size Inclusivity, which examines weight stigma, diet culture and how these things impact our teaching and our practice.
