Each Daily Class is designed to help you transform your challenges into opportunities, and build resilience, and discover your inner power. Experience asana, breathwork and meditation to help you purge old emotions, ignite your inner fire, boost your energy and staying power, change your internal dialogue, and set you on a course for success in your consistency on & off the yoga mat.
Each Workshop will allow you to dive deeper into this work with a mix of powerful transformative yoga & holistic tools and knowledge for self reflection, completion, visioning and setting your intentions.
Each Coaching Session will give you the opportunity to feel fully supported, connected to others on their journey, inspired and empowered to self-reflect and self- correct, and hold you accountable to your commitment and intentions throughout this first part of the New Year.
Why Now?
The beginning of a New Year is a fresh & potent time to make space for planting your seeds of Intention, and to develop new Habits for manifesting change and the vision you hold of Who we want to be, How you want to live, and What you’d like to feel for your life this Year ahead & beyond.
However, it’s common that our intentions (aka the ‘resolutions’) are loosely set without real depth, meaning & understanding of ‘our why’ and they miss the energy of success behind them. So we can quickly lose traction, get disheartened, and fall off the wagon back into old habits as our vision fades away into the distance.
Through this 40 Days and mix of Yoga Workshops, Daily On Demand Yoga Practices & Weekly Coaching Sessions – you’ll explore and receive a whole selection of accessible and transformative Yoga techniques and holistic tools with Heather who will guide and provide support as your Yoga Teacher, Coach & Cheerleader to:
- Wring out the old stuff & ignite your inner flame for the passion, willpower & commitment to the direction you want to move in and what you desire.
- Recognise what is blocking your path to seeing the changes you wish for.
- Release limiting beliefs & patterns and how we can debunk & reframe them.
- Get into alignment to set your intentions, and the daily actions you need to take for manifesting long lasting positive growth & success.
- Connect to a powerful place from which you take action with grace, ease and confidence without forcing the outcome or chucking in the towel when challenges are presented!
I have thoroughly enjoyed the 40 days program again so far this year. I actually think it’s a really powerful mix of reflection, self enquiry, intention setting, physical yoga practice, meditation and breath practices, basically all the good stuff!!! along with daily reminders of the path that we are on and encouragement to stick with it.
I did the program last year and back then it was a brilliant way to rehabilitate from an injury. I found that the shorter practices daily was so much better for my body than longer practices less regularly. This was a revelation at the time!
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the workshops at the beginning, looking back over the past year and being encouraged to set some actions in motion was really helpful and actually reflecting on last year‘s this time was really encouraging, as I could read through my intentions for last year and notice all the changes I had made. Last year doing the 40 days program completely changed my morning routine and this is something I’ve stuck with. It was nice to revisit that this year and to appreciate the change I’ve made.
I think you have provided a really powerful program that has really benefited me in terms of not only the physical practice, gaining strength and the encouragement of a regular practice, but the weaving of themes linked to focus, attention and thought of working towards something I found a potent mix.
The style of yoga is, as always, something that I really enjoy. It is strong but with plenty of attention to breath so you really feel what you are doing.
For me, the positives of the 40 days program include the regularity of practice, the feeling of gaining strength in my body, the recurrent prompts to focus on presence, focus, attention & encouragement to continue on my inner journey. All the different breath practices and meditation practices have been varied, interesting & fun.
I’ve loved it & I can’t wait to do it again next year and to look back at where I was and realise the shifts. I would really recommend people give this a try and I will be back next year for sure!! I actually think everyone would benefit from a program like this!!

Why 40 Days?
This Programme takes place over 40 days – the length of time is said to break old negative patterns and set in motion & cement a new positive habit!
A habit is a subconscious chain reaction between the mind, the glandular system and the nervous system. We develop habits throughout our life – with some of them helpful and serving our optimal health, whilst others that are not supportive for our wellbeing!
We can change our habitual behavior through making a deep commitment and repeating new actions over a period of time – including mindful approaches to moving, breathing, managing our thoughts, and clearing emotional baggage.
By taking part in the 40-days of daily Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation – it will build your commitment and progress in the experience of these practices which in turn starts to transform your life. You will not only create and set the habit of a regular practice and reap the benefits of this with a deeper connection to self, more ease and joy – but it can help rewire the current chain reaction and develop new, ingrained habits that serve you with your what you are working towards and intentions – and set you up for long lasting success!
Having the support of a teacher & guide is key to helping you stay focussed, committed, and dedicated with shapeshifting & transforming. And being in community with others going on this journey together will strengthen your staying power, allow you to lean into one another for motivation & inspiration, and a safe space to cheer on & celebrate each other – via weekly live coaching sessions and a dedicated private Facebook group.

Power, Intention, Action: 3 Hour Workshop Sunday 7th January 2024 10am – 1pm
- Spark the fire in your belly, discover the deep core strength and your seat of willpower & self esteem to remove the obstacles to making a change in 2023.
- Connect & get crystal clear on your intentions & core values they are created from.
- Feel in your power ready to take action from a place of inspiration, joy and patience for what you truly desire to manifest.
Includes:
- Yoga Practices with a progressive detoxifying Vinyasa Flow based sequence, Pranayama (breathing techniques), Kriya (cleansing actions).
- Reflection & Contemplation exercises with Meditation, Journaling & Ritual to acknowledge old patterns, habits, stories that hold you back from transformation, and how to reframe & train them.
- We’ll complete the session with a delicious & deeply restful Yoga Nidra to bring clarity and balance to your body and mind, feeling empowered & enthused about the coming year ahead.

Connection: Weekly Group Coaching Online
Every Week – Saturday 13th, 20th, 27th Jan and 3rd & 10th February 10:30 – 11:30am and Friday 16th February 12:30 – 1:30pm
- Each week we will come together with Heather to support you with staying in your lane, navigating the obstacles, celebrating your wins, and moving through any resistance & discomfort that is inevitably presented to us when we are growing & transforming!
- Review and define your next action steps to keep moving forwards.
- This is a great way to experience coaching from Heather and be held accountable for the 40 days of this programme.
Rinse, Review, Repeat. 2 Hour Workshop – Saturday 17th February 10am – 12noon
- Boost your inspiration, keep the momentum going, and stay aligned & connected with your intentions & core values through a selection of the Yoga & Reflection practices from the first workshop and new tools introduced.
- This will provide the perfect opportunity to have another check in with where you are with intentions you have set, identify shifts from where you started out, and get back to your inner power if your energy has started to waiver.
- Uplift yourself and the group in February which is a prime time of the year when our motivation has maybe slipped and the cold wet weather dampened those heartfelt intentions you set.
- Taking place 40 days from where we begin this process!
- A powerful final session to refocus on what it is you’d like to manifest, your next action steps to keep yourself accountable and moving forwards and on towards your desired outcome.
Momentum: Move, Breathe, Meditate – Daily Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation Class For 40 Days (8th January – 16th February)
- Experience 40 consecutive days of daily practice!
- 4 classes (20 mins, 25 mins, 30 mins and 40 mins) – Each class is taken for 10 days in a row.
- Start with 20 mins practice for the first 10 days, and then build on this for the next classes – to reach and complete with 40 minutes of daily practice for the final 10 days.
- Pre-recorded and on demand via an online portal to practice preferably in the morning, and also anytime that works for you!
- Build your Commitment, Progress & Inspiration through consistency and repetition.
- Access to the classes for 2 month after completing.

I signed up for the 40 days New Intentions as I needed something new to focus on. I felt as though I was just existing and had no enthusiasm for anything. I did not expect to come out of the 40 days with such a different mindset. I learnt to pause, reflect and be aware. I discovered that I had choices and the power of choice. If something isn’t serving me then I need to change. I became stronger physically and mentally from the consistency and repetition of all the sessions. The support from Heather and the rest of the group made a huge difference.
