Heather Yoga – Cancellation Policy

Classes

• If cancelled 24 hours before the class is due to start you will receive a refund to your Heather Yoga account.
• If a class is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice before the class is due to start, there is no refund unless a medical reason is provided with a note from your medical practitioner. If a medical note is provided you will receive a refund to your Heather Yoga account.
• If you would like a refund to your bank account, there will be a 15% admin fee up to a maximum charge of £5.
• 5 Class Pass is valid for 8 weeks from the date the class pass is activated on the student’s first visit.
• Class Passes can only be extended with a note from a medical practitioner. Any requests must be emailed to info@heatheryoga.co.uk
• Drop in, daytime, evening and weekend classes are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Once a workshop has been purchased, it cannot be transferred for use on any other Heather Yoga product or service, or another Heather Yoga client/ non client.

All Courses

• If cancelled with more than 7 days notice before the course is due to start, we can refund the course fee to your Heather Yoga account unless an non-refundable deposit is requested upon booking
• If you would like a refund to your bank account, there will be a 15% fee up to a maximum charge of £5.
• If cancelled outside of the 7 day notice period prior to the course starting, there is no refund unless a medical reason is provided with a note from your medical practitioner.
• The £5 off discount voucher is only applicable for students who have attended all sessions of the Beginners course.
• Once a workshop has been purchased, it cannot be transferred for use on any other Heather Yoga product or service, or another Heather Yoga client/ non client.
