INTRODUCTION TO YOGA COURSE
The Beginners Introduction course is a comprehensive 6 week program to explore & learn the essential & fundamental aspects of yoga. It is designed for those new to yoga and for anyone who is curious about the foundations of the yoga practice, wishing to learn within a group environment.
Over the 6 weeks you will be introduced to the basics of the key yoga postures (asanas) and healthy alignment of your body in these, learn the sun salutations in detail, explore various breathing practises (pranayama) and investigate some history & philosophy of the yoga lineage.
The course takes place in a safe, relaxed & fun space where the practice will progress at a gradual pace that ensures a learning and focus to help build strength & flexibility, improvement of posture and breath, cultivate an ability to become calmer, and cope with the challenges of our daily lives.
The course will provide you with the essential knowledge & understanding so you have the experience, clarity & confidence to join the weekly drop in classes and to create a firm foundation for you to build up a regular yoga practice.
On completion of the course you can start attending regular classes & workshops will receive a 10% discount off your first 5 class pass.
