Introducing the basics of breathing, movement and posture. Highly recommended for those new to yoga or need a refresher on a previous practice.

Beginners Next Level Course/Improvers Course

For anyone who would like to build on the foundational yoga postures & breathing, increase your yoga repertoire by exploring & adding in new poses & variations, and learn the Vinyasa style yoga and its transitions.

Open Level

A mixed class suitable for a wide range of students. Not as fast paced as a level 2 class but options will be given to those who wish to try some more challenging movements and variations of asana (positions) will be offered so students can choose to work at an appropriate & comfortable level for their body.
Beginners with some experience are welcome – please note the practice pace will be more challenging & powerful than Level 1.

Complete beginners are encouraged to do the 6 Week Beginners Introduction Course before or alongside attending this class if possible. 

Level 1

Perfect for those newer to Yoga/Pilates or if you have just completed one of our beginners courses.
Working more slowly with many basic yoga poses to establish proper alignment, correct breathing and use of props. An excellent level for Beginners, those working with injuries, as well as more seasoned practitioners.
An ideal ‘next step’ class after completing the 6 Week Beginners Introduction To Yoga Course especially for those who want to work slower than an Open Level class.

Level 2 

For more experienced students with a base knowledge of Sun Salutations and Breathwork. Classes will move at a quicker pace with more challenging options given for certain postures/transitions
Building on the foundation of proper alignment & correct breathing, paying attention to developing strength, stamina, flexibility and alignment. Not suitable for beginners or those brand new Yoga.
