with Heather Yoga officially begins on Saturday 18th April 8:15am and it’s going to amazing.
DURING THIS 3 DAY CHALLENGE YOU WILL…
- Connect with your friends from Heather Yoga and meet new people as we all come together for this 3 day challenge.
- Learn easily accessible and hugely beneficial basic meditations for you at this challenging time.
- Create a new healthy habit through the daily guided live sessions.
- Benefit from having a dedicated time for yourself each day to commit to some ‘me time’ and supporting your own mental wellbeing.
- Gain tools & tips to refocus your attention, release some anxiety, slow down a busy mind and and connect to a quieter place within yourself.
- Receive Heather’s guidance through accessible and easy to follow instructions.
- Stay accountable for the duration of the challenge through interaction and support from participants.

Each day of this 3 Day Challenge we will come together at 8:15am for a 15minutes meditation, followed by some time to interact, ask questions, and share intentions & experiences.
