Jill was a solicitor for 24 years before leaving he profession in search of a better quality of life. She returned to university to study Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. It was during these studies that she was introduced to Mindfulness Meditation. It was then realisation came; this was what she had been missing all these years.
As she became more and more interested and convinced of the value of Mindfulness she completed an 8 week MBSR course. She is so convinced of the value of Mindfulness that she wants to inspire others. She has therefore trained to teach Meditation and Mindfulness to adults and also to young people aged 7 to 11. She is currently developing a Mindfulness programme for teenagers.
Her understanding, practise and love of Mindfulness continues to grow. It is a lifelong journey.
