Kylie has always been curious about exploring movement and tapping into the body’s hidden potential for many years, however it’s been the philosophy of Yoga that captivated her heart and continues to direct and inspire her teaching.
Kylie aims to open up space for students to release and let go of stress and pressure that day to day life can bring. Her practice is nourishing, meditative and invites you to really feel into the present moment. She believes that Yoga goes far beyond the postural work and continues to study and interweave teachings into her own life. All body types are welcome and she will meet you wherever you are at on your yoga journey.
Holding qualifications in Vinyasa, Yin and completed courses in Pranayama, Nidra, Meditation and Tantric Philosphy she enjoys bringing a full bodied practice to the mat which will leave students feeling relaxed and uplifted.
