I have practiced Yoga for six years and particularly enjoy Hatha & Vinyasa styles. I initially trained in contemporary dance. When I’m not Yoga-ing I am parenting and looking after a miniature dachshund!
I started practising Hatha Yoga on a regular basis in 2013 and three years later I found Vinyasa Flow Yoga – I loved the energy & physical challenge of it and felt I could lose myself in the flow of the sequences.
I am lucky enough to have inspiring Yoga teachers and to have attended many insightful workshops including Kashmir Shaivism with Swami Krishnapremananda, The Chakras, Introduction to Buddhism and Developing Mindfulness Practice at York St. John’s University. I have trained in London and Spain with Sally Parkes Yoga. I am also a member of Yoga Alliance Professionals.
