I mainly teach Hatha yoga, encouraging you to be aware of your breath and any sensations that may be present.
I love to teach Yoga Nidra, meditation, Vinyasa Flow and Women’s yoga. I have completed additional accredited training in pregnancy & postnatal and Restorative yoga (Triyoga). I am grateful to my yoga teachers including Sally Parkes, Anji Ripley (Vigyana), Durga Devi, Edward Harpin (meditation) and Swami Krishnapremananda.
I initially trained in contemporary dance and worked in dance for many years, followed by a career in mental health services. My approach as a yoga teacher is friendly and down to earth. When you come to my yoga class I’d like you to feel respected, clear headed and generally better physically & mentally afterwards.
When I’m not Yoga-ing I am mostly looking after my young children and trying to grow plants!’
