Mark first began practicing mindful based meditation back in early 2000s as a way to de-stress after a busy day in the office which became a foundational practice. After a number of years he had a yearning to go deeper into his practice which brought him to the Dru lineage which is a mindful meditative based practice helping to remove trauma and connect with our innermost being.
Being inspired by the transformational effects he had a yearning to become a teacher and help others to heal and transform. Since becoming fully qualified in 2020, Mark has being teacher yoga and meditation in the work-place and online whilst also deepening his own practice and continual learning aiming to be a qualified Yoga therapist in the near future.
Mark’s style is inclusive and nurturing aiming to take everyone on a journey of self-discovery and to transform them and the world around them.
When not teaching Mark loves spending time with his family and connecting with nature and the many gifts this has to offer.
