Riva found yoga in a hot studio in East London. Once well and truly hooked on yoga for its energy giving, strength building and mind quieting qualities she continued to pursue styles that challenged and invigorated her. This journey eventually led her to a 200 hour qualification in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
Riva’s classes are dynamic and playful but with a strong focus on alignment, adjustment and modifications. Movement will be aligned with breath to flow through poses; helping you build awareness and strength.
