Combining skills in teaching and coaching with her love of yoga, at age 60 Sheila quit her job and decided to train as a yoga teacher in vinyasa flow and yin yoga, accredited by the Yoga Alliance.
She teaches vinyasa flow, gentle and yin yoga, often creating a yin / yang style class for flexibility and strength, and particularly enjoys teaching those with little, or no, previous experience.
Drawing on her personal experience of how all aspects of yoga practice, including breathing, meditation, and movement can help build physical strength and a peaceful mind, classes are designed to create balance and positive change.
