Simon Carter

Simon Carter is a ‘larger than life’ practitioner who discovered yoga in middle age, as part of an exploration into complementary approaches for managing the physical and mental problems that are becoming increasingly prevalent in modern society. Having gained first hand experience with the benefits of yoga for weight management, stress reduction, joint problems and overall wellbeing he is now on a mission to spread the word to other people who, like Simon, want to get off the couch and be kind to their bodies but aren’t sure where to start. He is trained in Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga, with Yin being his main passion.
