What are your New Year's Eve plans??

Kylie will be leading a fantastic studio only workshop to get you moving and grooving into 2026!

“I loved the way Kylie blended a variety of embodied experiences, enabling us to access all parts of our body, nervous system and mind. It was grounding, invigorating and restful, making space for real self expression.”

Somatic movements are all about body-mind integration. Small, slow and gentle movements are used to re-educate the brain and nervous system so that it can relax and move in a more functional and efficient way. This workshop will also include breathing exercises, Yoga Nidra and a playlist to set you up for New Years Eve!

He is passionate about creating welcoming spaces and really wants to de-mystify yoga classes, which can sometimes be overwhelming, confusing or feel impossible (especially for beginners).

Which is why Iain is perfect for leading this next 6 week’s beginners course! To help your build joy and confidence in your own yoga practice (whatever that might like like for you!)

Expect to learn the fundamentals of Yoga, an exploration of Yoga philosophy and a hugely supportive environment to help you find a way to practice that works for YOU!
