Please join us to welcome and honour the stillness and steadiness of Winter with Debs!

Our Winter Mini Retreat is the perfect opportunity to rest and restore post festive hustles and bustles and to reconnect to a place of stillness, aligning with nature from root level, to contemplate and to go with the flow like Water.

Winter is about hibernation; rest, renewal and rejuvenation and our practice for this season encourages us to move away from the Yang aspect and more into the Yin.
We move energy along the Kidney and Bladder meridian lines with nourishing and warming blends of pranayama, yoga flow, qigong and deep relaxation, along with the opportunity to reflect on how best you can support and nourish yourself during the winter season.

Tea, chocolate and seasonal essential oils will be offered after the session to help reawaken the senses. You are also invited to stay for dinner at the Dandelion cafe after the workshop (not included in ticket price)

A special Saturday evening workshop to indulge in the gentle practice of Soft Hatha Yoga and soak up the transformative power of meditation. It’s the perfect way to unwind, restore balance, and cultivate inner peace.

Lucia will guide you through a nourishing session designed to calm the mind, open the body, and reconnect you to yourself. Soft Hatha is a slower, more mindful approach to traditional yoga — focusing on breath awareness, gentle movement, and relaxation rather than intensity or effort.

The evening will close with a long, guided meditation to help you feel deeply relaxed, re-energised, and more in touch with yourself.

Expect a rich blend of:

✨ Mobility theory and functional alignment
✨ Grounded breathwork and non-dogmatic meditation
✨ A soothing yoga nidra-inspired relaxation to close

You’ll explore what it means to move — and be — from a centred place, with clear anatomical guidance, plenty of “why” behind each movement, and space for self-enquiry and reflection.

“I loved the way Kylie blended a variety of embodied experiences, enabling us to access all parts of our body, nervous system and mind. It was grounding, invigorating and restful, making space for real self expression.”

Somatic movements are all about body-mind integration. Small, slow and gentle movements are used to re-educate the brain and nervous system so that it can relax and move in a more functional and efficient way. This workshop will also include breathing exercises, Yoga Nidra and a playlist to set you up for New Years Eve!
