What is my favourite moment from the Yoga Teacher

What is my favourite moment from the Yoga Teacher Training?!

I will always love Day 1 of the course. 🧡

Partly because we begin teaching practice straight away (don’t worry - you won’t be teaching a whole class immediately!). You’ll receive plenty of teaching hours on this course, and it all starts on that very first day. ⚡️

What I love most is watching the shift in the room - the mix of nerves, excitement, fear, and the “Can I really do this?” - transform into joy, elation, a sense of achievement, and for sure a little relief too! 🙂

Once we break that first teaching seal, the only way is up. It takes practice and time to find your voice, but I find it such a privilege to watch these transformations and the confidence of the trainees build over the 6 months. And it all begins with that first day.  
I say this so often when I’m teaching: we start from where we are, and we move from that place. 🧡

⭐A NEW pop-up to move, eat & connect⭐

This is a new pop-up designed to make movement and connection feel easy and welcoming. Each session includes a 60 minute practice led by a different teacher, followed by a relaxed social gathering at Dandelion Café. For £15, you’ll get the practice plus triple-cooked chips with handmade Dandelion baked beans (if you don’t know, Dandelion make everything from scratch, even the sauces).

Saturday 25th April 2.30-4.30pm.
For our first Pop-up with Chips, we’re welcoming Alis (YEAH LOVE) for a SLOW DOWN practice.

This is a floor-based, gentle session focused on softening, unwinding and somatically soothing ourselves. Expect slow, restorative movement, self-massage, spirals, wiggles and waves, free intuitive movement, breathwork, meditation, a long pause at the end and as always, a gorgeous ALIS YEAH LOVE playlist to float away to. It’s for all bodies and all moods.

Alis will also be guiding the convos over chips around slowing down, connection & romance. Maybe you make a new pal! Or just enjoy the delish chips!

If you're new to us, you can try our £20 introductory offer which gives you two weeks unlimited classes, so you can sample and find your favourite classes.

This workshop is such a perfect way to unwind and recharge and close out your day so you're fully recharged & ready for the week ahead.

In restorative yoga, otherwise known as the art of relaxation, the body is fully supported by props in passive yoga poses to gently stretch, relax and open the body, adjusting the nervous system and resting the adrenal glands to melt away physical and mental tensions and promoting deep release, rest & relaxation in the mind and body. They also assist the body’s processes of healing injuries and recovering from illness by releasing tension that would otherwise impede recovery.

Join Dan on Wednesdays 5.30-6.30pm for Breathwork, Meditation & Relaxation. This means you can book with a drop in pass, class pass, or your membership.
