How much are the classes

When you’re brand new to Heather Yoga can first purchase the special Introductory Trial Offer:  2 week unlimited class pass at £20.

After that there are various price options to choose from for our regular classes on the timetable. When you sign up to our 12 Month HY Membership you receive unlimited classes, plus monthly workshops, workshops with heather, discounts on other offerings and Dandelion Cafe, Yoga in The Park, and more!

See our costs page for more information on the price options including the membership.

For our workshops & courses –  they are priced individually and not included in the class passes (except the Annual Membership which does include some workshops).

I am new to yoga where do I start?

Please read below and go to ‘Where To Start‘
The Beginners Introduction To Yoga Course – This course is an opportunity to spend more time looking at basic poses and the breathing so you understand more of what you’re doing, why you’re doing it and whats right for your body.
I highly encourage this to people if they are new to the practice or need a little refresher from a previous practice before you start attending regular classes.
The course information can be found here. These courses are popular so if you are interested do try book your places soon.

What if the Beginners Course isn′t starting?

What if the Beginners Course isn’t starting for a while or I can’t make it- what can I do now?

We would suggest Level 1 classes until the Beginners Course starts. Plus our monthly in-house workshops; Yoga Unplugged-Restorative Yoga: Relax, Rejuvenate and Rebalance with Heather or Izzy or our Bathing In Stillness: Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra with Heather.

Please sign up to our newsletter through the homepage of the website to find out about the next dates of our Beginners Courses.

Do I need to book?

Since the start of the pandemic, the capacity in both our shalas have been reduced. Please pre-book all studio classes before attending and make sure to let us know 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel.

Online classes should be booked 15 mins beforehand to ensure you have access to the live stream link.

Please see the timetable page of our website to reserve your place.

What do I wear

For class please wear comfortable clothes you can stretch in (i.e leggings and vest/ tshirt) and bring some water. Come with an empty stomach – a space of  at least 2 hours after eating is recommended before you practice.

Please also remove any sharp jewellery before practicing with us as this can damage our bamboo flooring.

Do I need to bring a mat?

We are unable to lend out shared yoga equipment until further notice and ask that students bring their own yoga mats and props to practice. We do have mats and props available to sell. Please pre-book these from us over the phone before you attend. 07960 330183
