23rd – 25th October 2026
A Transformational Weekend of Yoga, Self-Inquiry, Nature & Deep Renewal
Join Heather for a nourishing autumn weekend retreat in the beautiful North Yorkshire countryside, hosted at the peaceful sanctuary of The Acorn Wellness Retreat.
As the seasons begin to turn and autumn invites us inward, this retreat offers an opportunity to pause, reset the inner space that shapes our experience of the outer world, and return to yourself.
Through Yoga, meditation, movement, breathwork, silence, reflection, and meaningful connection, we create space to release tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with what truly matters.
Nestled in the tranquil Nidderdale landscape, close to Brimham Rocks, The Acorn offers a peaceful haven where the noise of everyday life naturally fades away.
This is an opportunity to step away from daily responsibilities and reconnect with your body, your breath, and your inner rhythm.
The Rhythm of the Weekend
Each day follows a spacious and supportive flow.
Mornings begin slowly, with tea and quiet time before moving into breathwork, meditation, journaling, and energising movement.
Our main morning practices are intelligently sequenced, Vinyasa-based sessions designed to build strength, mobility, and awareness while bringing you fully into your body.
Afternoons offer space to rest, walk in nature, enjoy the sauna, journal, or simply be.
As the day softens, we gather for coaching circles and reflective practices, creating space to explore what is arising and reconnect with what matters most.
Evenings move into deeply restorative practices – including meditation, breathwork, and Yoga Nidra – supporting the body and nervous system to unwind and integrate.

What This Weekend Supports

This retreat supports you to:
- Let go of accumulated tension, heaviness, and mental load
- Shift stagnant energy and restore a more balanced inner state
- Reconnect with your body, breath, and vitality
- Work with the body’s energy through movement, breathwork, and presence
- Reflect on where you are and what you truly need
- Create space for clarity, renewal, and the season ahead
Time in Nature
With rolling hills, fresh air, and quiet landscapes, there will be space to walk, breathe, and reconnect with the natural rhythms of the season.
Nourishment
You’ll be supported with wholesome, plant-based meals designed to nourish your body and complement your practice.
Your Time
There will be opportunities for connection and shared experience, alongside time for yourself – to rest, journal, and simply be.
With Heather’s deep roots in Yorkshire, being born and bred in the region, this retreat feels especially meaningful as she brings her first offering to the place she calls home.
