We have the wonderful Adam Husler back at the studio in April! He will be delivering not two, but three amazing workshops and we’d love to see you there!

Those of you who attended with him and /or are familiar with Adam’s style & teaching will know what an all round brilliant yoga educator he is (and a rather funny guy!) who definitely knows some stuff about this Yoga practice, and is super passionate to pass this on to others.

An Immersive and blissful relaxation session.

This is a unique way to relax and let go of all the stress from the week. Leaving you feeling refreshed and restored We will guide you through a restful practice.

Beginning the session with regulated breathworth to help soothe the nervous system before we gently move the body with the support of the hammock, these movements will help you to let go of tension and ease into restoration.

You will be invited to lay in the silk hammock and gently sway or if you prefer total stillness, as I guide you through a body scan to drop deeper into rest. Listening to the sounds of the Koshi chimes and the rhythm of the mantra music. In-between the moments of silence you will hear the sound of meditation bells and the smell of aromatherapy oil creating a multi sensory experience.

These 45minute sessions are free to attend over the 3rd-5th October, and 10th-12th October in our beautiful Shala in Saltaire.

Our wonderful teacher trainees are nearing the end of their course! Over the last 6 months, they’ve all been hard at work, studying, practicing, developing and growing. As part of their assessment they are required to teach a full class here at the studio and we would love for you to come along to take part and support them as they reach their graduation!
