What I Offer

Private 1:1 Yoga sessions (online only) focused on personalised movement, breath, and embodied wellbeing.

These sessions are fully tailored to the individual and may include:

  • Alignment-based vinyasa
  • Strength-building and mobility development
  • Kundalini-inspired breathwork & kriya
  • Pranayama for regulation, clarity, and vitality
  • Meditation & mindfulness
  • Restorative or yin components when needed
  • Practices to support grounding, energy, stability, and perimenopause
  • Injury-sensitive practice and rebuilding confidence
  • Support with establishing or deepening a home practice

Breathwork Support

Breathwork is a core part of these sessions. Depending on what someone needs, we may work with practices to:

  • Lift and balance energy
  • Support emotional release and processing
  • Stabilise the nervous system
  • Build mental clarity and focus
  • Reduce anxiety or overwhelm
  • Cultivate inner steadiness and resilience

These breath practices are woven into the session in a way that feels safe, grounded, and entirely personalised.

  • £80 per 60-minute session
  • £220 for a package of 3 sessions
    Includes a 15 minute intention-setting call + personalised practice notes
  • £420 for a 6 session progression option (optional)

Lucia – Restorative, Stress Relief & Accessible Yoga

Especially suited if you want:

  1. Gentle, trauma-informed support for stress, anxiety or overwhelm
  2. Guidance when returning to practice after injury or long-term illness
  3. Adapted movement and alignment for physical conditions or mobility needs
  4. A calm, restorative approach if you’re a complete beginner or rebuilding confidence

Iain – Alignment, Philosophy & Nervous System

Especially suited if you want:

  1. Alignment, propping and variations – very useful for beginners or those who need to make adjustments for their body (for example those working with injuries or mobility issues). Also great for regular visitors who want a deeper understanding of their body mechanics and alignment in classes.
  2. Philosophy, pranayama, mantra, meditation – very well suited for those who want to go deeper into their practice than they feel they can get in a public class. These sessions can vary depending on what people want, but generally we’ll get together to study source texts (for example the Sutras or the Gita), learn to chant common verses or shlokas, and build confidence in using your voice
  3. Nervous system work – Often very restful, trauma informed practices which use techniques from Yoga to help bring neutrality back to the nervous system. Well suited for those who are perhaps nervous to visit an in-person class, or who need more tailored work to focus on specific issues. Equally wonderful for those who are just a bit tightly wound and really need some rest.

Kylie – Somatics, Regulation & Embodied Movement

Especially suited if you want:

  1. Support regulating the nervous system
  2. Guidance reconnecting with the body after stress or tension
  3. A movement practice that feels safe, empowered and personal
  4. Specialist, adaptive yoga for adults with learning disabilities

Qualifications:

Trauma-informed | 700+ hours training | Yoga for Adults with Learning Disabilities | Level 1 Animal Flow Instructor

Wednesdays (daytime). Plus Sat or Sun 1-4pm


Tessa – Prenatal & Postnatal

1:1s for pregnancy and early parenthood.

Babies welcome for postnatal sessions. 2:1 sessions also available (bring a mum friend).

Lorna – Dynamic Flow & Strength

Ashtanga and Vinyasa-inspired sessions that build strength, balance, flexibility and confidence. Perfect if you want a stronger, more energising style of practice.

Specialist Support with Debs

(Children & Young People with Special Needs – Fridays)

Debs offers 1:1 and family sessions using movement, breath, relaxation, sound and sensory techniques.

Wheelchair accessible space, no expectations — a safe, child-led experience.
