Each one of us experiences perimenopause and menopause in our own ways with our own set of symptoms which can fluctuate and change over time. We can manage this by taking time to look after ourselves and to listen to our bodies.
The first half of the workshop will be a vinyasa, flowing class where Cathryn will take you through a set of movements to build strength and resilience in body and mind.
The second half Kat will guide you through a restorative yoga and breathing practice that will encourage feelings of coolness and rest.
Ending with a Sharing Circle and a soothing cup of balancing herbal tea by medical herbalist Vicky Jennings.
