Tuesdays Vinyasa Slow, is just 30 mins. Perfect for getting your practice in before work. We have a special 30mins drop in class pass, just for this. Or you can use your normal drop in pass and attend meditation with Mark straight after.

Sunrise Yoga on Fridays is the perfect class to energise the body and rejuvenate the nervous system whilst setting the tone for the rest of the day. Come and join us during the quiet early hours and wake up your body through mindful movement and energising vinyasa. Easing ourselves into the practice, we often start the class with some slow deep breathing, before priming the body with gentle activation exercises and then slowly building heat and strength within an invigorating but playful flow. Carve out this time to create space and feel strong, calm and present for a more productive and centred day.
