Our 2026 200hr Unwrapped Yoga Teacher Training course begins at the beginning of May and runs until mid October – a 6 month programme to fully prepare you as you embark on becoming a Yoga Teacher!

The doors are opening very soon for this transformational journey and I wanted to remind you about our open morning here at our studio on Saturday 25th October and we’d love you to join. This is a great opportunity to see the space and ask any questions you might have about this upcoming programme. The open morning includes attendance to our 9.15am Vinyasa class with Vicky free of charge, followed by a chai, sweet treat and chat with me.
