Vinyasa Flow & Restore

This class is designed to nourish the mind, body and soul! Expect a mix of steady Vinyasa to get your energy flowing, followed by some deep relaxation time, which might come in the form of Yin, Restorative Yoga, guided mediation or pranayama.
In the vinyasa part of the class, we will flow through yoga postures at a steady pace, syncing movement to each breath. The focus on strength, stretch and balance will help to prepare us for a deep state of relaxation.
The second part of the class will provide the opportunity to slow down and pause – we will practice either supported yin or restorative postures, or an extended guided mediation or pranayama technique to relax the body, quiet the mind and soothe the soul. Expect to leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed!
