Lucia completed her teaching training with us a few years ago and has become a solid member of our teaching community, holding regular classes, workshops and soon to be retreats.

This foundational course can open up the door to so many new different directions. Whether that’s exploring different styles of yoga, meditation, somatics. Creating workshops or bringing this knowledge back to your community.
