That moment when we want to quit the thing we know is the right thing to do…. holds so much gold for our growth and transformation – if we can pause, observe, stay present, and continue with the thing that is good for us. ⚡️✨

When motivation wavers and resistance creeps in, we notice ourselves getting distracted by other things.
The familiar tendencies of the mind start playing out, creating narratives to keep us in the known – because when we do something new, even if it’s good for us, it can feel unfamiliar and unsafe to the mind.
That little voice appears:
“Stop.”
“Do it later.”
“Maybe when you feel different.”
“Now isn’t the right time.”
Resistance shows up. And this is where we get to stay. And shift.
Real change happens when we stay – imperfectly – in the discomfort, in the unknown, in the resistance.
We keep on keeping on.
This is how habits shift. How we interrupt old patterns.
How we learn to meet challenge differently and teach the nervous system a new response.⚡️
So remember this: That moment you want to quit you know is the right thing for you – this is the moment to notice the old habits, the distraction, the resistance and to stay, change, and move into the new!
