We’re back with Part 2 of Esther’s Journey. We loved how powerful this experience has been for Esther and a big part of an even bigger journey she has been on to this point, as well as being a key piece in learning how to love herself. She describes this time as magical, deepening, broadening and widening as a human being. With her meditation & asana practice having deepened and now it’s an integrated part of her every day daily routine.
