What is your favourite moment from the Training? 

I will always love day 1 on the course. We get stuck straight into teaching (don’t worry, you won’t be teaching a whole class straight away), but you get a lot of teaching hours on this course and it all starts on that first day. I love seeing the energy shift from nerves, excitement, fear, the “can I do this?” to the joy, elation, sense of achievement and I would say a bit of relief too. 🙂 

Once we break that first teaching seal, the only way is up. It takes practice and time to find your voice, but I find it such a privilege to watch these transformations and the confidence of the trainees build over the 6 months. And it all begins with that first day.
