Experience the transformative power of breath in this 6-week series.
Specially designed & guided by Heather – this will introduce you to the power & potential of your breath, and teach you how to tap into & utilise your own resource at any time for supporting your capacity of physical, mental & emotional wellbeing.
You will explore and develop ancient breathing tools that are simple, accessible, and effective for every day:
- Calming & stabilising the mind space.
- Igniting & boosting your energy & vitality – mentally and physically.
- Improving & sustaining better focus & concentration.
- Decompressing from stress and taking care of yourself through challenges.
- Assisting with sleep – the quality & consistency.
- Understanding breath patterns, utilising the full capacity of your lungs & how to breathe correctly.
- Cultivating positive change & new habits through accessing your inner power (Prana/life force).
- Effecting your overall feelings of being well, healthy, vibrant, content, alive & present in your life and the world.
Workshops
Now available as both the series, or drop in for your favourite topic – £15 each.
Lets journey into the grounding power of the breath. This session invites you to slow down, soften into the present moment, and regulate the nervous system. You’ll explore gentle techniques to shift from doing to being – perfect for calming overwhelm, reducing anxiety, and reconnecting with inner stillness.

Breathe life into your body and being. This energising session focuses on breath practices that uplift and invigorate, helping to clear sluggishness, ignite your internal fire, and awaken your life force. You’ll leave feeling brighter, more motivated, and ready to move through your day with power and presence.
Thursday 18th September | 6:45 – 8pm
Quiet the mental noise and sharpen your inner vision. In this session, we’ll work with breath patterns that enhance mental clarity, improve concentration, and align you with your intuitive intelligence. Ideal for those feeling scattered or stuck, this practice brings you back into focused alignment.
Thursday 25th September | 6:45 – 8pm
Let go of what you’re holding – physically, mentally, and emotionally. This week focuses on the exhale as a powerful tool for release. You’ll learn breathwork techniques to discharge tension, soothe emotional pressure, and access a greater sense of spaciousness and ease in the body and mind.
Thursday 2nd October | 6:45 – 8pm
Exhale your way into deep rest. This session supports your sleep rhythm and rest cycles through calming, slow breath techniques. You’ll explore ways to downshift your system in the evening and invite true restoration. Come in your cosies—this one’s dreamy.
Thursday 9th October | 6:45 – 8pm
Come home to your strength. Our final session guides you into the breath as a source of inner resilience and empowerment. Learn how to anchor into your centre, build emotional stability, and access a deep trust in yourself – so you can navigate life with courage and grace.

This Program Will Uplevel Your Existing Yoga Practice By:
- Taking you beyond the physical poses to enhance & expand your experience of Yoga.
- Helping you access deeper states of meditation.
- Support you with understanding how to breathe correctly on the Yoga mat.
- Deepening your practice and exploring some more of the transformational & healing aspects of Yoga.
Each week you’ll receive:
- Access to recordings of each live session via our course portal (available for 2 months).
- Supplementary audio meditations and breathwork downloads.
- Additional practice videos relevant to some of the content.
- PDF handouts with techniques and themes we cover.

About Heather:
Yoga Teacher and Transformational Coach
Heather is a Registered Senior Yoga Teacher with over 4000 hours of training & teaching, and the Founder & Director of Heather Yoga – a Yoga school & wellness centre based in Saltaire, West Yorkshire. She is also a certified Transformational Life Coach.
Heather has been teaching for over 12 Years in UK & India, including being an educator for trainee teachers, and now leads her own yoga teacher training and teacher mentorship programmes. Her ongoing 19-year practice of Yoga has become an integral part of her life, and she is dedicated to this path – enjoying the exploration of body & mind wellness and heart-centred living through the powerful practices on & off the Yoga mat, and sharing her wealth of knowledge & wisdom with others to support them on their journey
