Don’t just take our word for it:
“The Physiology of Yoga course was such a wonderful way to work through this informative, myth-busting new book. I have studied a lot of anatomy, and this book contains lots of new information compared to other widely used texts. I really appreciated getting to spend time with the authors to both create community and have live discussion about these important topics! I highly recommend that all Yoga teachers get the book and join the course.”
