Through intentional yoga, breathwork and embodied movement, you’ll mobilise stuck energy, restore vitality and reconnect with your body’s innate capacity for renewal. From this place, stepping into the next chapter of the year feels clearer, lighter and more aligned.
The day is grounding yet uplifting, deep yet spacious – designed to regulate the nervous system, support emotional release and help you realign with what you truly want to cultivate in the months ahead.
Rather than pushing or “detoxing”, this retreat works with the body – creating the conditions for clarity, ease and radiance to naturally emerge.
Renewal in Motion
An energising, intelligently sequenced yoga flow to awaken circulation, support digestion and create spaciousness through the whole body. Expect twists, side-bends, gentle core activation and heart-opening shapes – all guided with nervous system awareness so you feel steady, strong and uplifted.
Embodied Flow & Release
A guided, music-led movement journey to shake off heaviness, mobilise held tension and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm. No choreography. No performance. Just space to move in a way that feels freeing, honest and supportive.
Breath to Rebalance & Revitalise
Intentional breath practices to clear stagnation, awaken vitality and build resilience within the nervous system – leaving you calm, centred and energised.
Deep Rest & Integration
Restorative practices and Yoga Nidra to allow everything to settle and integrate. This is where regulation anchors and renewal truly begins.
Reflection & Realignment
Guided self-inquiry to explore what you’re ready to release – and what you’re being called to cultivate as you move into the coming months.
Seasonal Living & Daily Ritual
Practical, accessible Ayurvedic-inspired tools to support lightness, clarity and balance in everyday life – so the retreat continues long after the day ends.
Nourishment
A beautifully prepared plant-based lunch from Dandelion Cafe, inspired by Ayurvedic principles and the energy of early summer, will be shared together – grounding, nourishing and perfectly aligned with the day’s practices.
