Kiran is one of our most recent graduates and is already teaching with us at Heather Yoga. She really wanted to bring this practice into her community and help those who maybe feel excluded from general mixed gender classes and would prefer to practice yoga with other women.

🧡Join Kiran for a pay as you feel class every Sunday at 10.45am at the Heather Yoga studio. She’s created these classes to help cultivate confidence, resilience, and community, all while respecting and celebrating the diverse backgrounds that attend and to connect with like-minded women.
