Yoga, Pilates, Beginners Courses, Workshops & Guest Teachers for all levels in Saltaire, Bradford West Yorkshire.
Heather Yoga is located at Holding Space, a beautiful converted Victorian warehouse.
We are a cafe that serves the best and most exciting vegan food!
Our aim is to provide delicious, nutritional and wholesome plant based food that will always stimulate your palate whilst being a vibrant feast for your eyes! We are all about using the freshest and most colourful ingredients that, wherever possible, are organic, locally sourced and seasonal.

7.30-8.30am Morning Rave – BOOK YOUR FREE SPOT
This is going to be such a special way to start the day, leaving you feeling energised and invigorated. Join us for an hour of fun and music performed by a live DJ.
9am (45mins +15mins social) – Natalie – Pilates – BOOK YOUR FREE SPOT
It is a light hearted, low impact, full body session, combining a thoughtful mix of stretching, strengthening and mobility, so you leave feeling unknotted and relaxed!
10.15am (45mins +15mins social) – Vicky – Vinyasa – BOOK YOUR FREE SPOT
Vinyasa is a dynamic & more powerful style of practicing asana (postures), linking breath to movement in a meditative flow to build heat, endurance, flexibility, strength and concentration, and whilst bringing about a sense of mental calmness & quiet.
11.30am (45mins +15mins social) – Davey – Yoga for runners & cyclists – BOOK YOUR FREE SPOT
Accessible & enjoyable. Designed to complement anyone from casual runner/ cyclist to a full time competitor. Though you don’t need to be a runner or cyclist or counterbalance sitting at a desk for long periods.
12.45pm (45mins +15mins social) – Lucia – Gentle Yoga – BOOK YOUR FREE SPOT
‘Gentle Yoga’ helps anyone of any age and ability to begin to rediscover gentle and natural movement in the body. In this class you will be encouraged to find your own individual pathway to improving your functional mobility and strength necessary for every day living.
2pm (45mins +15mins social) – Cathryn – Hatha – BOOK YOUR FREE SPOT
A less dynamic class than the Vinyasa based style. Practicing traditional asana poses with deep breathing, mindfulness, and listening to the body.
3.15pm (45mins +15mins social) – Heather – Vinyasa & Breathwork – BOOK YOUR FREE SPOT
This unique class offers a skilful blend of mindful movement, physical asana, and conscious breathing to support both body and mind.
4.30pm (45mins +15mins social) – Kylie – Restorative – BOOK YOUR FREE SPOT
Through working with a variety of restorative poses you’ll balance the nervous system and steady the mind, leading to the release of stress and tension and to a state of stillness and deep relaxation.
All these classes will be mixed ability (suitable for complete beginners & regulars)
