Kath has been practicing yoga for over ten years, and qualified as a 200 hour Vinyasa Flow teacher in 2018. Since then, she has developed her offering by training Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Chair Yoga and Hatha. She also specialises in Yoga For Runners and Yoga for Beginners, offering workshops and courses in these areas.

Kath enjoys teaching both dynamic styles of yoga with a focus on strength and flexibility, as well as slower styles to allow people the space to rest and replenish. Kath’s classes focus on
nourishing the body and soul, and she aims to make sessions as accessible as possible, by offering variations for students to modify as needed.

Kath says; “The most important thing to me as a teacher is that I create a space where people can take what they need from the practice, and feel supported. There’s nothing better than
seeing someone come to class after a tough day and then leave feeling so much brighter – it’s the reason that I love to teach!”
