I found yoga in my early twenties while I was dealing with what I later found to be chronic stress and generalised anxiety. It quickly became my place of healing, so I spent the years that followed learning more and more.

Practicing with me you can expect a safe, open and inclusive space that will allow you to explore your practice in your way. I take a trauma aware approach and have a solid grounding in anatomy, so whatever variations you need I’m there to support. My ultimate aim is for you to feel at home in your practice, and leave the room feeling that bit lighter.

I’m qualified in and regularly teach Hatha Yoga and Chakra Kriya, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra.
