I first found yoga as a way to stretch off after long runs and intense Crossfit sessions. I quickly began to notice how yoga was improving my mobility and stability, which really complimented my training, helping me lift heavier weights and move faster.
About a year into my practice, I began to notice how the cultivation of mind, body and breath within yoga, is so much more than just fitness. Yoga became a way for me to slow things down in an increasingly fast paced world, which is why I decided to enroll in a 200 Hour Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher training.
In my classes we connect with the breath as we move through a dynamic flow. As a teacher, I aim for you to leave the class feeling energised, challenged and relaxed.
