🔥Your Yoga Teacher Training burning questions answered!

Recently we asked you in our instagram stories, what questions you’d like to ask about the Yoga Unwrapped© Teacher training that is starting in May 2024. As the main trainer and founder of this course (and Heather Yoga), here are my answers!

❓Who are the teachers?
We have the most eclectic selection of teachers for this next training (you really won’t find another training like it!), and we are so excited by the new addition of Lucy B joining our roster of teachers. Lucy will be teaching a module on size-inclusivity. We also have Sudhir Roshi – Yoga Philosophy, Sarah Williams – Restorative & Yoga Nidra, Laura Burkhart – Injury Management & Prevention, Lauren Belle – Supporting Pregnant Students, and ofcourse, myself as lead main trainer.
