A newer addition to our in-house workshops here at Heather Yoga! Once a month we hold a workshop which is included as part of our Annual Membership. These range from Yin, meditation and more dynamic Vinyasa based practices.

We will warm up with a steady paced Vinyasa Flow to get connected with the body & breath, and then move into Kundalini Yoga inspired Kriyas (a specific exercise or sequence to bring about a certain effect on the subtle energy and the mental state) with conscious breathwork, dynamic movement, mudra, mantra, meditation & relaxation.
Suitable for any level & style of yoga practitioner – including those new to Yoga. The only requirement is to come with an open mind & heart, and a sense of curiosity & play, as you explore this integration of different yoga techniques!
