This year Heather Yoga turned 10! Wow it’s incredible we have reached this point in our journey, and with all that has happened over the past 10 years. I’m reflecting on so many highs, highlights & memories made that we will forever cherish, and some lows, challenges and twists on the path which have made us more resilient and stronger than ever to continue on with our mission of sharing this transformational practice of Yoga with as many people as we can!

I’m always so grateful to each and every one of you, our many loyal yoga students, the amazing teachers, the karma yogi volunteers and the behind the scenes team – that make up this wonderful community and are the heart beat of Heather Yoga. Everyone plays an important part in the special & much loved home for Yoga and wellbeing that it is. I’m excited for what we have planned for you in our next trip round the Sun!
