A beginners course gives you the opportunity to really understand what’s happening in a yoga class. Often, especially in dynamic classes, we can be moving so quickly from one pose to another and if you haven’t broken down the basics, you might be left wondering – what just happened!
Our 6 Week introduction to Yoga course is a very thought out and structured programme designed for you to build up your foundations of the practice.
