When first starting a Yoga practice, postures can often come at you thick and fast, and if you haven’t done a specific beginners course or something similar you might not have had the opportunity to really break down some of the common postures and sequences found within Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga.
One of the poses that I get a lot of questions about is Chaturanga Dandasana. A movement used within the Sun Salutation sequence and in various other transitional aspects of a Vinyasa practice. This movement can be very tricky to master but with helpful guidance and some tips and tricks – spending some time specifically dedicated to this pose will be hugely beneficial for your overall practice!
Join Heather for a fun, thorough & informative 2.5 hour workshop with Heather untangling Chaturanga on Sunday 13th October 11am-1.30pm! If you’d like to discover more I’d love to have you along so we can develop your practice and dive deeper into the mechanics of this pose.
