This cathartic release might just be making an appearance in our sequence for this Friday night’s Integrated Practice workshop!
We’ll work with a practice that helps release the effects of stress, anger, resentment which can negatively affect your body, mood, energy and overall sense of wellbeing. We’ll combine vinyasa flow with kundalini breath work, dynamic movement, meditation and relaxation to release tension, transmute stuck energy & emotions, and open up a space of lightness, vibrancy & calm.
