Listen to Heather about our Improvers Yoga Course. In this programme – each week you will be introduced to different groups of poses and explore some new postures to build your practice repertoire. We will focus on alignment, key actions & techniques within the featured poses AND also the transitions the poses – which is an essential component of the practice but a place where many people can get confused, and so the rhythmic breath can be lost! – You will discover modifications & variations so you understand how to tailor the class to support your body and its needs.
